    Your therapist can help you to transform the problem from the perspective of your current day insights and understanding, so that you release the old beliefs and anxieties.

    This enables you to update your thoughts, feelings and behaviour and experience freedom from the problem.

  • Imagery

    During the session, the hypnotherapist may use guided imagery to help you visualize positive outcomes and experiences. This can be an incredibly powerful tool for overcoming negative beliefs and patterns.

  • Awakening

    At the end of the session, your hypnotherapist will guide you back to a fully alert state. You will usually feel relaxed and refreshed, and you may notice a positive shift in your mindset.
